ordering
I only build one frame at a time. Once your frame is top of the queue, I’ll work on that until it’s done. Lead time varies throughout the year depending on what other projects I have going on. The easiest way for me to manage this is to offer up ‘slots’ in the build schedule. The table below shows what slots are currently available. These slots show when I’d start on your frame and you can expect delivery in the following month.
If you want to get in the queue then get in touch using one of the methods on the contact page. You can book your order for any of the slots at any time. You don’t have to wait until near the time. In fact, the longer you wait the more chance there is of that slot getting filled by someone else.
In the first communication it's great if you can let me know a few things :
What kind of bike are you looking for? Touring? MTB? Gravel etc...
How much riding experience do you have?
Do you have a timescale you're working towards?
Do you want a frame or full bike?
Any other information you think I'll need to know?

The Build Month is the month that I’d start your frame. Delivery is usually around 4-5 weeks after that, depending on paint finishes and component choices. You can book any slot, any time.
I’ll outline the main steps we’ll go through when you order a Willow bike.
pay a deposit and secure your spot in the build queue
get access to your order on the online order tracking system
supply fitting data and receive dimensioned drawing
confirm buildkit and full component choice
commit to paint colour
sit back and wait for delivery!
pricing
Because pretty much every bike is different, it’s tricky to list exact pricing but I can try and give a rough indication so you know what you’re getting into.
Frames start at around £2000. This is for the highest quality steel tubing available. Pretty much any dropouts you need, any braze-ons and fittings you require, external or internal (if possible) cable routing and full custom geometry. Included in this price is a single colour ‘wet’ paint finish. Multi-colour or fancy paint is possible but may incur additional costs.
Forks start at around £250 for a carbon fork. A handbuilt steel fork can be ordered at the same time as the frame, and these start at around £300.
Full bikes vary more in price due to the almost infinite choice of components available. There are some guide prices on the pages describing some of the more popular bike models I offer.
